The entrance is gated and graced by extensive landscaping, as is the boulevards and park areas.  The community is surrounded by lush landscaping and complimented in a style that is understated and elegant.

Coral Cay Resort has many community facilites including both adult and childrens swimming pools, 2 tot lot play areas, covered pavilions, a beach volleyball court, soccer/grassed play area and a fitness trail with 6 workout stations throughout the landscape perimeter.  The Clubhouse includes an open plan seating area with high definition plasma TV and games table, business centre, movie theatre, billiards table and fully equipped games arcade.  There is also a wireless internet network that envelops the entire clubhouse and pool area so you can stay connected on laptops, PDA's and other WI-FI enabled devices.
