Booking Nemo’s Retreat
To book our Townhome we will require the completion of a Booking Form – this will be forwarded to you and asks for the full names of all guests – please complete fully. To secure your requested dates we will also need your deposit. The lead name on the booking form must be over 21 years of age, and will also be responsible for the full cost of the rental and any amendment or cancellation charges.
Confirmation of Booking
Once we receive your completed booking form and deposit full confirmation will be forwarded to you detailing a full schedule of payments and dates. This will constitute our agreement.
Payment
Payment can be made by personal check/cheque (allowing plenty of time for the clearance of the funds) and travellers checks. Credit Card payments are also accepted through Paypal. A 4% surcharge is applicable to all PayPal transactions and a paypal account is not required in order to use this facility. Full payment will be required 6 weeks prior to arrival - if payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Cancellation
Should the unforeseen happen and you would have to cancel your booking after full confirmation has been issued there will be a charge as follows:
More than 16 weeks before arrival : Refund of full amount paid less US$25/GB£15 and any associated method of payment surcharges
Between 6 & 16 weeks before arrival : Deposit
Between 4 & 6 weeks before arrival : 50% of rental cost
Between 2 & 4 weeks before arrival : 75% of rental cost
Less then 2 weeks before arrival : 100% of rental cost
If you cancel your booking and we are able to rebook these dates then we will refund in accordance with our 'More than 16 weeks' policy above.
Insurance
To safe guard yourself against the loss involved in cancellation we recommend that you take out Trip-Cancellation Insurance. See www.insuremytrip.com or www.alltripprotection.com for details.
Security Deposit
A Security Deposit of US$350 is required for all bookings and will be processed as a Credit Card Authorisation by our Management Company on your arrival. This will not be fully charged to your card providing that no damage (other than normal wear and tear) has been caused during your stay. Alternatively if you prefer not to use the Credit Card Authorisation the amount of US$300/GB£150 can be paid with the final balance, 6 weeks before arrival. This will then be refunded within 14 days of your departure providing no damage has occurred.

Arrival time is 4pm
Departure time is 10am
Occupancy
Nemo's Retreat is licenced for a maximum of 8 guests, and only the persons listed on the booking confirmation form are allowed to reside in the property. Anyone not listed may be asked to leave by our Management Company if found to be staying in the property. Florida State Law prohibits sub-letting, sharing and assigning.
Utilities
All rentals include electricity and water charges
Services and Facilities
We cannot accept any liability for a failure in services and public supplies, such as water, electricity, air conditioning, cable, internet, telephone & spa etc. Should any failure in these services occur we will endeavour to have the situation rectified as soon as possible.
Pets
Sorry no pets are allowed in the property.
Smoking
Nemo’s Retreat is strictly a non-smoking property.
Parking
All vehicles (max 2) must be parked in the driveway. Please note that Coral Cay Resort also restricts the parking of commercial vehicles, mobile homes, campers and trailers on resort property. This however excludes pick-up trucks and sport utility vehicles with a cargo capacity of 1 ton or less which may be parked in the driveway.
Liability
The Owner/Management company do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused as a result of the use of the house including hot-tub. It is the responsibility of an adult member of the party to ensure that children are always properly supervised when using hot-tub and surrounding area.
Force Majeure
Neither the Owner nor Management company can be held responsible or be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by Force Majeure (eg. Strikes, floods, weather conditions, closure of Airport or other events beyond our control).
