Nemo’s Retreat is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse new in 2007. With its own gamesroom and private patio hot-tub it has exceptional features but we have also upgraded and added a number of extras items, well above the standard home, to make your vacation as convenient and comfortable as possible.

Living Area

The open plan living area is furnished to a luxurious standard with a queen sleeper sofa, 2 arm chairs, coffee table, now with 40" Samsung LCD HD flat screen TV with HD digital cable channels, DVD player, family DVD's and telephone with answering machine. Patio doors lead to:

Our patio is fully screened, to keep away those nasty bugs, and furnished with a table and 4 chairs for some al freso eating. The highlight though is the glorious 6 seater Hot-tub with a max temperature of 104 degrees! Just what is needed for those aching muscles after a long day at the parks.

Kitchen/Dining area

The fully equipped gourmet style kitchen has everything you need to hand for your vacation.  With a double bowled stainless steel sink, food disposal unit, chefs pantry, side by side refridgerator with water and ice dispenser, glass top range, microwave and dishwasher you can either just have a light breakfast or make a full 3 course meal. We have just added a Senseo Coffee Pod Machine for your convenience - just bring your chosen blend from the Senseo Coffee Pod varieties and savor fresh gourmet coffee at the touch of a button.  There is seating at the dining table for 4 with an additional 2 at the breakfast bar.

Foyer

The entrance foyer is where you will find the Utility Area with a stacked full capacity washer and dryer. And the half bathroom is also found here.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1, the master suite situated on the ground floor, has a kingsize bed, 19” TV with cable channels, clock radio and a full ensuite bathroom.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 27" TV with cable channels, cordless telephone, clock radio and has direct access to the family bathroom and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds – both are on the first floor.  All three bedrooms have built in wardrobes and all linens and bathroom towels are provided.

Gamesroom

The upstairs gamesroom is ideal for kids (big or small) with a Football Table, 27” TV, DVD player, Playstation 2, childrens books and 4 assorted board games.  For their comfort there is also a queen size futon sofa so the room could be used as a 4th bedroom for the kids. Two Playstation controllers and one game are available free of charge at the resort office.
